Registration Fees
- Early Bird Rate (Until June 15th, 2023): $600
- Regular Rate (June 16th, 2023 onwards): $750
- Accompanying person: $300
*Above rates are in Canadian dollars
Registration fee includes:
- Attendance at all sessions
- Welcome Reception & Dinner (Thursday, September 28th)
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (Friday, September 29th )
- Breakfast, and Lunch (Saturday, September 30th)
- Breakfast (Sunday, October 1st, for those staying)
- Coffee breaks
Cancellation Policy
Accommodations
Room cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay plus taxes and fees.
Conference Registration
For cancellations received by August 1st, 2023, your registration will be refunded less a $100 CAD administration fee. Cancellations received between August 2nd, 2023 and September 5th, 2023 are eligible for a 50% refund.
Note: Refunds will not be processed until after the Conference.
There will be no refund of any portion of the registration fee for cancellation received after September 5th, 2023.

Transportation from the Calgary Airport
Conference delegates will receive a 15% discount on the Banff Airporter's daily shuttle service between the Calgary Airport and the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity. Click Banff Airporter to book. Proceed through the reservation and type - NIPGIT2023 - in the "Promo Code?" section on the final payment page to receive the discount.
Note that this code is good for travel 5 days either side of the conference dates. If you wish to book outside of these dates and are attending the conference, please contact the Conference Assistant, Judy Wong (judwong@ucalgary.ca), and special arrangements can be made.
